Description of Services

Vallejo Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring and coating services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, garage floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, and related surface preparation work. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Vallejo, CA and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project that is outside our service area, beyond our capabilities, or that cannot be performed safely and to our standards.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as described. Estimates are not binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

The final price may differ from the initial estimate if:

• Hidden conditions are discovered during surface preparation (such as moisture, previous coatings, or structural issues in the slab)
• The customer requests changes to the scope of work after the estimate is issued
• The actual square footage differs materially from what was estimated
• Access to the work area is more difficult than anticipated

We will inform you of any significant cost changes before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on the agreed schedule. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on-site. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay affects your scheduled start date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling and material preparation costs. The amount of any cancellation fee will be stated in the written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and accessible on the scheduled start date. If the crew arrives and the area is not ready, we may reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, you agree to:

• Remove all vehicles, equipment, furniture, and personal items from the work area
• Ensure the area is safe and accessible to our crew
• Disclose any known conditions that may affect the work, including prior coatings, moisture issues, or structural concerns
• Provide access to water and electricity if required for the project
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during installation and curing

Failure to prepare the area as agreed may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement for each project. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins to cover materials and scheduling
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement

Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. If collection action becomes necessary, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.

Warranty

Any warranty for workmanship will be described in the written project agreement. Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to defects in installation and does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, heavy impact, sharp objects, or chemical spills not disclosed before installation
• Normal wear and fading over time
• Damage resulting from conditions that existed before the work was performed and were not disclosed
• Moisture-related failure where moisture testing was declined or the slab was found to be within acceptable limits at the time of installation
• Structural movement, settlement, or seismic activity after installation

All materials are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We make no representation beyond what is stated in the manufacturer warranty for products used.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vallejo Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.
